This Windows-based parent utility is designed to let you set schedules for your child's Instant Messenger use (IM Control does not have anything to do with regular website access or email use). First, you establish a Parent Password . Parents can activate a blocking button to "turn off" IM access, or establish a regular schedule for IM use (a timer tells children how many minutes are left).
