This free resource is a loose collection of animated cartoons, PDF templates and a rough set of animation cartoons, all based around the general theme of character education. Highlights include interviews with the creator of the PowerPuff girls, and the ability to make short animated cartoons yourself. These include the ability to select from a menu of characters, movements and backgrounds, and then mix in recorded sounds. Some of the content is presented by way of PDF files, however, making the overall presentation choppy at best. Considering the price (free) this disk may be worth consideration.
