This subscription-based site provides teachers access to 20,000 K-12 lesson plans for all subjects, and a suite of teacher tools (newsletter maker, web site builder, etc.). You can sign on to preview the service for free, which gives you access to a teaser set of 3000 lesson plans. For $9.95 per year, you can get access to 30,000 plans. There's not much information as to who's behind this site, although the lesson plans are supposedly created by "educators". We tried the free version and found it useful and easy to navigate. There are unobtrusive ads. Perhaps the best feature of this site is the email newsletter, with links to great teaching and learning sites on the web. Even if you take the free option, you still get the newsletter.
