This is a community-oriented digital calendar designed for schools and other organizations. First, group calendars are created and published online by school staff, and then parents and staff can view the calendar(s) online on the school's web site or on their Palm handhelds, or they can print them out. Once the calendars are posted on the school site, parents and staff need no special software to view them, just Internet access. One click on a particular event brings up the event details. ScheduleUs will normally sell for $189. Note that there is a family version for making family calendars which is priced at $49.
