Teaches: utility for making math and word puzzles

CTR Review

There are parts of this puzzle maker that are quite easy to use and other parts that are frustratingly so. On the positive side, the program lets you easily enter words or numbers to make 12 different types of printable puzzles, including math squares, mazes, crosswords, word searches and cryptograms. Once the data is entered, the software automatically configures puzzles, and you simply choose which version you'd like and print it out. Files can be saved as RTF, PDF and HTML. On the downside, even though there is an included clipart gallery, you can't add images to your projects without first exporting to an outside program like Word. This is obviously very clumsy. 70 sample puzzles and 28 word lists (state capitals, commonly misspelled words, etc.) are included.
