A very nice supplement for health classes, this CD-ROM lets children explore 15 body parts and systems. Entertaining, cartoon-style animations and non-narrated text, present info about the heart, brain, respiratory system, digestive system and many other systems and organs. Each body part has a corresponding activity. Kids might have to label organ parts or reassemble a digestive system, for instance. There are also several games dealing with health and nutrition issues. There's lots of content, but the program is largely text-based and there is no record keeping. Still, the price is right and choices are few— this one is worth considering.
