The heart of the program is the 113 step-by-step lessons that range from holding the instrument to playing songs like “When the Saints Go Marching In.” Video demonstrations are provided, along with an animated fretboard. Tools include a metronome, a chord dictionary, a tuner, MIDI input, and the ability to demonstrate left-handed playing. For some reason, while the movie quality was acceptable, the audio quality had some static on a Windows machine. We did not test the Mac version.
