This is another set of cards (20) for the Launch Pad electronic tabletop learning game (sold separately for $199.95). Each card offers an interactive lesson with three modes of play: Explore, Quiz and Learn. Content covers counting by twos, fives and tens; greater than/less than; addition up to two digit numbers, identifying coins and values; and more. The child simply slides the accompanying cartridge into the Launch Pad, places a lesson card into the slot, and the play begins. The toy is interesting, but will work best in classroom settings or on car trips (read: captive audiences). It also has some responsivity issues, in that kids must press rather firmly and in just the right place to get a response. Still, the skill practice afforded is solid.
