Note: since this review, the program has been revised. A great idea gone bad, this program on Native American rock art is poorly executed and lacking in photographs. These two weaknesses are big ones. There is a lot of content, but the navigation system is confusing and the narration is buggy, stopping in mid word. Once you do get to the content, you see only illustrations of rock art— no photos! This is a real let-down. On the positive side, there are lots of ideas and instructions for creating your own rock art both on and off the computer, and there are opportunities to write stories and create slideshows. The Native American music is lovely and there are interesting links to rock art sites on the Internet.
