In this limited program, kids can see video clips of attractions at a fair and then read and listen to short descriptive paragraphs about the scenes. There is no interactivity whatsoever— kids simply click and watch and listen. There is no check of comprehension. There is a dry, narrated section on some basic reading concepts like decoding and punctuation. Graphics and narration are amateurish. The only positive? Text can be read and heard in both English and Spanish. It's no fun to bash small companies like Arrow— but this program is a real loser.
