This is a reading program by the creators of Hooked on Phonics where children read books, take online quizzes to reinforce comprehension, and receive a prize at the end of the quest. Progress is tracked like a board game. As children complete activities, they move closer toward their prize. We are not sure what the catch is... Gateway Learning Corp. says the program is free, but we think that they make money from the sales of supplementary materials.
