See also: LeapZone Turbo Twist Fact Blaster. What kid doesn't need some extra math facts practice? If you can stand the loud, rather obnoxious voice, and your child could use a little extra help with multiplication facts, go out and get this toy. Here's how it works. First kids pick from three functions. They can build their own equations, solve pre-programmed multiplication problems, or practice division by answering questions like "What times eight is 64?" In the quiz mode, kids turn two dials to pick their numbers. A voice repeats the numbers they've selected, e.g. "five times eight is?", and children must choose their answers from three possible numbers. The game repeats questions that kids miss and can be adjusted so that only one number set is presented at a time. It also keeps scores and shuts off automatically when not being used. Even our most math phobic testers enjoyed it. Also available is a Twist & Shout Multiplication Educational Version from LeapFrog SchoolHouse for students in grades 2-6. It includes a 30-page Activity Guide; classroom-quality headphones; and the Twist & Shout Multiplication unit. Visit www.LeapFrogSchoolHouse.com or phone 800-883-7430 for more information.
