See also JamStudio for an update of this product. This is a drawing tablet that makes it possible for children to draw with a stylus instead of a mouse. The tablet is highly sensitive with "256 levels," such that the harder you press, the darker the line. A 7" by 5" drawing area is available, and the tablet easily plugs into standard USB ports. A clear tracing overlay make it possible for children to trace pictures or letters, and the package also includes a copy of Disney's Magic Artist 2, a child-friendly, powerful program for drawing and animation. The only drawback to this software is that the accompanying clipart contains only Disney characters. Note that we had some trouble getting the Mac version to work. The Windows version, however, worked without a hitch.
