This is a photography simulation that allows the user to learn and practice photography on the computer. Users take virtual photos of onscreen objects, making choices as to film, lighting, lenses, aperture, shutter speed, etc. Immediate feedback includes "the shot" plus a critique with suggestions for improvements. The program has a lot of cool aspects- but it's not very user-friendly for a true beginner. It needs some initial step-by-step tutorials, with multimedia features. You can bring up a lot of text help- but it's hard for a novice to know what questions to ask. This would be a good program for folks with some photography experience or for use in a photography class.
