Windows XP note: the 1998 edition of this program did not run correctly with Windows XP. It ran fine with Mac OSX. Three CDs contain a simple directory of 600 sensitive topics that teens must deal with such as worrying about looks, the effects of drugs, or feelings about sexuality. Teenagers can read about each topic, hear the experiences of others who have had the problem and write notes or keep a journal. The program uses a password protection system and requires frequent disk swapping. Overall, it's a great idea, but technically primitive and very expensive.
