Want to learn how to draw a cartoon kitty? We recommend the simple step-by-step lessons given by cartoonist Fred Lasswell. Several lessons are available for free at www.unclefred.com, or for sale on videotape or DVD (sold at the web site for $12). The DVD, released in Fall 2000, is called "Draw and Color Funny Doodles with Uncle Fred" with both English and Spanish versions. An optional teacher's guide contains barcodes (in case you have a Pioneer DVD player), and makes it possible to quickly jump to one of 17 videotaped drawing lessons. Note that the menu on the DVD essentially lets you do the same thing.
