This upgraded Nintendo Switch comes with a better, slightly larger screen, improved speakers, more internal storage (64 GB vs 32 GB) and an ability a new way to plug into your TV and home network, by way of a built-in wired LAN port. The LAN cable is sold separately and plugs into the dock. The Joy-Con controls are the same as the regular Switch, and the battery life is the same. This console will also run the same library of Switch titles. The only minor thing to note -- the slightly larger screen will not cleanly fit within all the design parameters of the Nintendo Labo series. There may also be games where the game experience may differ due to the larger screen size. Release date October 2021.
