There's no shortage of animal ABC books. But not many with AR (Augmented Reality) features. Each of the pictures come to life after you download the free app, and direct your camera at one of the illustrations. Each animal comes with a question, e.g., When do nightengales sing? or What do you call a baby kangaroo? The book is well designed, and the video clips are clear and well done. Testers found the narrator's voice to be a bit condescending (it would be nice if there were controls over the sounds, including the ability to toggle off the narrator.
