Soccket
© 2016 Uncharted Play
A one pound, 9 inch power-generating soccer ball that doesn't feel much like a real soccer ball (e.g., it doesn't bounce very well). But it rolls. The motion is used to generate power used to charge internal batteries, by way of a MORE micro-generator (a pendulum, a microprocessor and a rechargeable lithium ion battery.)As the ball rolls, the pendulum turns allowing the Soccket lamp to light up. One hour of play will yield about three hours of light.
