Easy to use, and surprisingly full of creative potential, this app lets you build small, one-screen train worlds on your iPad, by dragging various tiles into place. You have a limited area (just one screen) and limited supplies; but a surprising number of possibilities. You can make switching tracks that go through tunnels rains, tunnels, junctions and scenery. The parts are easy to pick up and adjust, and you can turn your screen into connected islands, with water and bridges. Features include the ability to add up to three trains to the layout. There's also a camera icon, where you can take the point of view of your train, as you move around your world. We've reviewed a lot of these types of activities -- this is one of the easiest to use. But it is very limited in scale.
