Eleven wince causing depictions of common accident situations (yes there is blood) create situations where children can apply skills taught by the Red Cross. We liked how it is possible to put in your own number for an emergency (e.g., 112 or 911). The app can be used as educational material for parents and as support material for teachers, and can help children identify dangerous situations, teach prevention guidelines, know how and when to call 911, and how to provide assistance for different types of accidents. The scenes are not always responsive, creating feelings of frustration in some cases. But there's always a happy ending.
