This is the second in the new (Summer 2015) "Read & Learn" series from Oceanhouse Media, which mixes classic Dr. Seuss art and stories with excellent touch-and-hear reading support, plus 31 hidden reading activities that reinforce early reading skills. So why not a higher rating? We didn't like how some of the graphics continually sway randomly, out of the control of the child. This app has Bobblehead syndrome. The first app in the series -- Cat in the Hat -- didn't have this problem. Still, many of the features can be controlled by an adult, and there's a lot of early reading support in this app.
