3/10/2016 The name was changed back to Scribble Press Deluxe, from "Scribble - Creative Book Maker" and "Scribble - My Story" (2013) and "Scribble Press" (2012). The Android version is called "Scribble: Kids Book Maker." This new edition, for both iOS and Android, continues the tradition of being easy to use and powerful, but it uses a "freemium" model. The free version gives you a taste, with three story templates and the basic story creation tools. The premium version costs $5.99 and is lurking beneath locked feature icons. You can purchase 27 additional story templates, many more backgrounds and stickers, plus the ability to export and share creations in PDF or video format. You can also import or export photos and record audio. New Teacher features include the ability to have multiple user profiles on each device. Our suggestion -- don't bother with the free version because it will just frustrate you when you run into the paywall. The full version of this app is very much worth $6.
