This is a Kickstarter project that has been billed as "Wearable Toys that Teach Kids to Code." They are plastic links that are designed to promote social play. Every link has a specific behavior, and no mobile device is needed. Some will sparkle when a friend is near, send a message or chime with hand-clapping. The idea is that you can swap links to create something new. "Coming soon."
