See also Tiny Pirates (CTR June 2016). This nicely illustrated, well designed touch-and-find experience contains three airport scenes, each with 30 animated items to discover. It would make a good no-fail starter app. In Scene 1 you arrive by taxi, check-in, and go through a security check. In Scene 2 you wait at the departure gate, hear the boarding call, and depart on the plane. Scene 3 shows the side view of an airplane with all the other passengers. The illustrations are top quality, and all the things you want to touch do something, creating a good setting for discussing a future or past trip to a real airport. We appreciated the humor in the app -- in one skit, the flight attendant leads the passengers through a funny dance sequence. The app was made in Germany, and uses minimal language. The management menus are in English, Arabic, Bokmal, Norwegian, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Swedish, Traditional Chinese, and Turkish.
