Duckie Deck Hungry Clipper

The ritual of fingernail (or toenail) trimming is one that some children find terrifying. Here's a no-fail app that makes nail care fun, and a bit zany. It could create a fun setting for you to bring up a more serious topic, like not being afraid of a nail clipper. Duckie Deck Hungry Clipper is a zany hand and nail care app, where you help give a variety of hands (including a dog and a monster) get better looking nails. Some of the hands are covered with hair or they may have a scratch, so you put on a band-aide. You also learn that all jewelry must come off before you start; and old nail polish must be removed before clipping can take place. We appreciated the non-white skin on some of the hands. There's a limited amount of content, no language, no way to control the sound and no way to choose between the hands (or feet) which is both a strength and a weakness.
