Here's a colorful set of timed tracing challenges that work well on an iPad's screen. Designed for toddlers and preschoolers, children use one finger to trace dotted lines that form curved, wavy, and straight paths. The action is fast-paced and timed, which is both a strength, and a potential weakness. It would be nice to be able to turn off the timer. Content consists of 26 shapes. The completed lines morph into shape-related illustrations. The excellent music is by Brian Vander Ark, but it loops and gets repetitive. Progress is automatically stored in a trophy room (we counted 26 trophies). Content includes lots of big shapes, familiar patterns, and colorful characters; plus the ability to increase the challenge with more progress.
