Note that to make the remote app work, you must have both devices connected on the same Wi-Fi network, and you must have an iPhone 4 or newer, or an iPod touch (4th gen. or newer), iPad (2 or newer) or iPad mini. The app can communicate with iStopMotion running on an iPad 2 or newer, including the iPad mini or iStopMotion 3 on a Mac. What is it? iStopMotion for iPad or Mac is a stop motion/time lapse app that makes it easy to take hundreds of still photos in sequence, and turn them into a movie. Using the timer features, you can watch a plant bloom or the weather change. iStopMotion for iPad can be set to capture frames automatically at a given time interval.
