Bubl Tap is a visually intense, very responsive digital rattle for your iPad. It is specifically designed to stimulate infants, babies or toddlers. Is it possible for an app to be too responsive? This app just might be. Starting with a large pair of eyeballs, any touch results in a random display of shapes and sounds. If you don't touch the screen, the images go into auto-play -- presenting showers of geometric shapes, with sounds. Bubl Tap is set in black and white contrast, using geometric shapes that connect shapes and sounds.Bubl apps are inspired from "synesthia" as an artistic method, an ability to perceive reality as a flow of shape, color and sound united. Synesthetes hear color and see shades of notes. The developer claims that this gives you a "more complete worldview and understanding of how things around us are connected." We're not so sure. But we can tell you that this is a very stimulating, responsive app. Made in Russia by Bubl. See also Bubl Draw.
