Once in a while an app comes along that makes you do a double take. Take, for instance, Foldify. It plays with your notion of 2D and 3D space, by letting you scribble on one dimension (the flat, 2D part) and see the result, in real time, on a 3D rendering that you can spin with your finger. You can do a lot more than just scribble. You can drag and drop clip art onto the cube or use your camera to superimpose a photo onto an unfolded, flat blueprint for a shape, at the same time that you can see your artwork. Note that some of the controls, like importing photos from your photo library, are less-than-intuitive. Foldify was made in Poland by Pixle - http://www.pixle.pl, and indie development and UI design trio. Take a quick look, at http://youtu.be/xSjLjbHcsW4
