This wonderfully crafted app mixes a nice variety of logic puzzles with a witty story. It is a case study in good design on the iPad. The story-- about an FBI puzzle inspector, is full of twists and turns, and the game took one seasoned tester two full evenings to solve. There are three game-save slots; useful for multiple player homes. Testers also spotted some salty language -- not too bad, but some mild swearing. There's a great hint system although some of the puzzles could be better explained (they are hard for the wrong reasons). Created by Telltale Games. Note that there is a free (lite) version that we did not test.
