Sports Champions is the game that comes bundled with the Sony Move controller, which is required in order to play the game. You start by choosing an avatar, and then choose from Disc Golf, Gladiator Duel, Beach Volleyball, Archery, Table Tennis and Bocce. Most of the games are best with one other player, but there are some four player options, if you happen to have that many $50 move controllers. Each controller must first be calibrated -- a 30 second or so routine in which you line yourself up with an animated figure on the screen. There are three modes of play, making it possible to compete for a prize, or just play. Of all the movement games we've reviewed, this was the smoothest. Our testers spent the most time with Gladiator, where you try to knock your opponent out of an elevated ring. "I'm dripping with sweat!" and "my arm is so sore its going to fall off" were among the comments.
