Bind your cell phone to your wrist, with Phubby, a stretchable fabric band with a mesh pocket. It could be useful for those times when you're holding a baby in one arm, a bag of groceries in another; all while not trying to miss that important call. Because your phone is pressed against the skin of your wrist (like a clumsey looking wrist watch) you can easily feel the vibration. Available in a variety of sizes and colors, Phubby could be especially convenient if you are wearing clothes that don't have pockets, for example, when walking or jogging. You can also attach headphones through the pocket, and there is an extra pocket on the reverse side you can use to hold your keys. While your iPhone screen is hard to see through the mesh, it is possible to still operate the touch screen without having to remove the phone. To use, you slide the phubby on your wrist, pull the ribbon tag to open the cubby, and insert your phone into the pocket. Unlike your phone, Phubby is machine washable.
