Originally released for the PC/Mac, this Nintendo DS version puts an emergency room in your pocket, with 30 cases to solve. These include broken bones, car accidents, heart attacks and gunshot wounds. The cases are based on real incidents, and while the graphics are not excessively bloody, they still could be upsetting.
