Playful and addicting, this scavenger hunt for the Nintendo DS lets you guide a small animated star character (Starfy) through a maze of progressively harder environments. You swim, jump and bounce along, avoiding bad guys and solving well designed puzzles. As you play, Starfy picks up new abilities, such as the Shooting Star attack (shoot into the ground like a meteor) and the Air Jump (increase jumping abilities). Minigames include Fishing Derby, Depth Chargers, Sand Tracer, and Dumpling Master, that can be played with friends over a local wireless connection. You can also connect with friends and play through certain of the game's stages as Starfy and his sister, Starly. Note that minimal reading is required. There are two game-save slots, and progress is automatically recorded. We couldn't pry this one out of the hands of our testers. Buy it or borrow it. Developed by TOSE for Nintendo.
