Targeted to girls, FAMPS, which stands for feelings, attitude, mood and personality, is a set of mood-themed collectible toys with RFID codes in their base. Like FunKeys, they sit in a cradle that connects to your computer through a USB port, unlocking online content. Each figure is designed around a mood, making it possible for girls to show off feelings, either digitally, through IM, or by clipping one of the figurines to a backpack. The software lets you create wallpapers, e-cards and so on. The Starter Pack costs $17 and includes three figurines and the cradle. Additional figurines cost $6.50 each. Available Fall 2009.
