Better for spying than for filtering, this small USB flash drive can lock down your Windows computer so that everything that is viewed on the screen is captured. The key must first be password protected, and then configured to your child's accounts. If it is removed from the USB drive, the computer goes to sleep, without loosing work. If you loose the key (or your child drops it into a dumpster), you can call the company for a $10 replacement. While there is a filtering option, the key doesn't actually prevent access from X-rated content. All it does is capture it, in the form of a movie, with a screen shot taken every few seconds. There is, however, a searching portal that is based on Google safe searching, for filtering. But this doesn't keep a child from typing in their own domain name, or using a different browser. All in all, this is another tool for parents to keep in mind. Available for Windows only.
