Spinning tops have amused humans for many generations, but only ours has seen a top so ladden with technology that even Gordon Moore would smile. As it spins, an internal compass tags each rotation, which is counted and added by a microprocessor that is powered by a button cell battery; all weighted so it can spin correctly. The count is given by a line of red LEDs that must move in order to register as numerals, letters or words. New features can be unlocked by stopping the compass exactly on it's 99th turn, or by reversing the direction of the spin at least three times. You might see a compass dial as the top spins, pointing the way to the north. The highest spin is saved over time. This is an ideal table top game for a family or public cafe, whenever you have a few minutes to kill.
