This is the first SingStar released for the PS3. Like the PS2 versions, this is a competitive singing game, where you can perform solo or challenge friends and family with multiplayer gameplay. The Blu-ray disc features 30 songs from artists such as Amy Winehouse, Blink 182, Dave Matthew Band, and the Pussycat Dolls. In addition, you can purchase and download hundreds of songs using the SingStore feature for $1.49 for each track. When used with the Playstation3 Eye camera (sold separately for $80) you can capture and share your performances, and upload your photos and videos on My SingStar Online to share with others. You can also view and rate videos created by other SingStar performers. The game also features multiple difficulty levels and selectable song lengths for customized gameplay. The price is $40 without the microphone and $60 for the bundle with two microphones. Note: if you have microphones from a PS2 version they are compatible with the PS3 version.
