Made for Me MP3 2-in-1 Infant Gym

Part of a set of three different baby/toddler toys, this is a convertible play center that works as a stand alone toy (by default) or can be used to play music from the Made for Me MP3 player. So, you could put your audio files inside your child's toys, providing you're comfortable using a computer to manage audio files. The gym contains six removable and interchangeable toys: a rattle, squeaker, teether, clacker pages, spinner, and a roller ball. There is also a clicking dial and a squeak spot. Two fabric batting characters reward child’s movements with lights, songs and sounds, and a mirror is designed for tummy play. We were less impressed with the responsivity of this busy box when used with the MP3 player. Babies don't understand that they can control the songs on the unit by pressing the large button. As a stand-alone toy, its not bad, however (although that's not really our department at CTR) and the ability to use it as an extension of your music collection is certainly interesting. Requires four “AAA” batteries and a bit of assembly. Other toys in the series include the Made for Me MP3 Music Player and the Made for Me Day to Dream Soother.
