Part of the Weekly Reader Learning System, this software attempts to improve grades and increase standardized test scores, to "promote strong study habits, and help prepare students for high school by strengthening reading, writing and math skills." Content consists of lessons, activities, games, audio books, videos, and reference materials. Each title in The Learning System provides access to lessons by way of a single menu. The lessons share a consistent look. Progress can be monitored by students and parents through exams presented after each lesson, which can be printed or taken on the computer. Lessons can be loaded on an iPod or iPod Nano.
