Teaches: creativity, digital photography

Back in the olden days (about three years ago), this would have been an amazing spy gadget. But today, this tiny camera isn't much to get excited about, even for the low price of $20 — and that even includes a special USB transfer cable, digital editing software and lanyard. Just a bit larger than size of a wireless remote entry device, this tiny camera takes real pictures. But there's no flash, viewfinder, or rechargable batteries, which means that this camera is barely functional as a camera. It also disappointed our testers, who came to the device with high hopes. To view the pictures, you need to plug the camera into your computer using a non-standard USB port. The internal memory holds 24 pictures at 640 x 480 resolution. It is powered by one AAA battery. You'll get far better photos from even the lowest quality cell phone camera. See also the Disney pix-max ($80) and the Disney pix-click ($50).
