Strawberry Shortcake and Her Berry Best Friends

One CD contains 10 three-level computer games for girls. All feature Strawberry Shortcake, and the theme is pink. Activities include Angle Cake, where children are asked to remember how to decorate a cake by putting decorations in the correct place, and a horse race where children try to pick the winning horse by adding and subtracting numbers. There's also a wide variety of short games to choose from. While most are shallow (hence the lower rating), there are three levels to each — increasing the chances that every child can find something engaging. Good scores are rewarded with a visit to the Gift Booth. Features include the ability to adjust the sounds and set a time limit for children to play the game. When the time is up, Strawberry Shortcake says she doesn't want to play anymore, and you are brought back to the StrawberryLand Menu. For $20, this title provides and assortment of mostly educational games. Note that younger children will need help with the instructions. This game was developed by Studio 1-2 for The Game Factory.
