Plankton has grown into a gigantic monster who is rampaging through Bikini Bottom. Your job is to help the SpongeBob Gang save the day, by either fighting, flying, skydiving, chasing or driving through seven levels. This isn't your typical SpongeBob game. It was created by Blitz (PS2, GC, Wii) and Wayforward (GBA, DS) to expand modes of play and the look of the game. This is shown in the art style. At one point in the game, you visit a comic book world of Starfishman, and the game becomes comic-book looking, in 2D art. Our testers liked how easy the game was to play and the rich variety of things to do. For example, you can steer Patrick through an asteroid field or race through the wreckage of Bikini Bottom in a hot rod racer. There is a lot to this game. It is a one-player game, although the DS version will have some two-player elements. Price is $29.99 for DS & GBA.
