This is a great example of how free, flash-based tutorials can simulate just about anything. In this case, it is an operating room, and you're the (gulp) doctor in charge. The guided tutorial moves you step-by-step through the fascinating process of replacing a knee; from marking the correct leg, to cementing the bones in place. You'll never think about your knees the same again. Warning, the real photos are a bit gory.
